   Stayed here in the summer of 2019, and it was truly a magical place—beautiful decor, somehow both cozy and chic, with a wonderful and responsive host, terrific amenities for use and comfort, and fantastic location—across from the Holburne Museum and an easy walk into the center of town. And as an Austen fan, how incredibly special to stay where she had lived. One of my best travel experiences ever; I think of it often and hope to be back soon!

   Lovely place! The home is wonderfully decorated and steps away from downtown Bath. We greatly enjoyed our 4-night stay (which happened to be over Christmas) and we would certainly book again. There was a bottle of proseco in the fridge upon arrival, as well as milk and as many tea options as you could want! My husband LOVED the bed and slept better here than he has in months. Would highly recommend to any Jane Austen fan (and non-Jane Austen fans though we know that's no one) for a stay!

   Stunning, luxurious, quirky and comfortable courtyard apartment with a very special history - Jane Austen lived here for several years. The apartment is in a perfect location, just 10 minutes easy walk from the city centre. A parking permit is provided for on-street parking. The host Maxwell was also very helpful and quick to respond to any communications. Highly recommended.

   Six stars and more. The apartment is in the basement. Roses grow in the small inner courtyard. The kitchen is very practical. Everything and more than you need in everyday life. Beautiful living room with souvenirs from all over the world. Makes the room very homely. Wonderful beds-I've never slept so well on vacation. And last but not least: the bathroom. You can't live better. By the way, the location is great too. I highly recommend this accommodation.
