   Renting in Bath could be quite daunting. It is a competitive market and I was worried about finding a place to live until I contacted Property Link. They were friendly and quickly responded to my enquiries. Me and my friend went on a couple of viewings with Louis, who was very informative and showed genuine interest in our situation. He was patient with us while we made our decision. As we don't have much experience renting, we received a lot of support on every step of the process. Truly thank you!    We first encountered Property Link years ago as prospective tenants, when we were very impressed by how Julie dealt with us After we decided to rent out our family home when we went to live abroad, we decided to appoint Property Link to manage it for us. We have been with them 12 years and find them excellent. They maintain a really good and fair balance between the landlord and the tenants interests, which isn’t always easy! They do good due diligence on prospective tenants, so we have had no issues with tenants who damage the property or don’t pay the rent. They have an excellent roster of trades people to do whatever work is necessary, to a high standard. Phillip is right up to speed with all the technical and legal issues and responsibilities of landlords, and the rights of the tenants. He does a good job make sure the technical and legal stuff is well covered. All in all, excellent property managers.

   Looking for a rental property is not easy. There are so many considerations and it can be a stressful time. Upon searching for a rental property, Property Link Estates had a lovely flat available. They were contacted immediately for a viewing. Louis arranged the viewing according to the available times suggested. Louis was incredibly helpful during the viewing process. What was really appreciated was Louis' transparency and honesty about the property, the area, and the rental offering (price, utility costs etc). Louis' excellent service continued once the rental was approved. He quickly assisted with the contract, the deposit information, and other admin. Upon signing, there was a very quick turnaround time with sorting out the utility bill transfers. Phillip, Julie and other staff were also very helpful in answering questions and queries. Property Link Estates are highly recommended for their swift and efficient service.

   Phillip and Julie looked after my house for about 10 years. Probably had about 5-6 different tenants and only a couple of month without occupancy rent in total. Dealt with repairs, inventory, all kinds of things. They eventually sold my house for me at a price I was really happy with and a very reasonable fee. Great service. I am very grateful.

   Property Link has handled our property for about 7 years. No praise is high enough from my perspective. They take great personal care over the management of the property, and all of our tenants over the years have expressed how well they have been treated by them. We have never had a single complaint. Any emergency at any time is handled quickly and effectively and they have a very good list of contractors to deal with the little things that can go wrong in a property.

   Bath Property Link Estates have fully-managed the letting of our flat in Bath for over ten years. They are totally professional. They have given us excellent tenants and have also handled any maintenance issues, large and small, quickly and efficiently. We live abroad so it is very comforting knowing that they are looking after our flat so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, not just as letting agents but also as full management agents.
