   I lived at Frederick House for a year and a half. The building is relatively new, clean, and very well-maintained. I would like to sincerely thank Simon and Sam for being extremely friendly and professional, and for making the residents’ stay very comfortable. On many days, I returned from the university quite late, yet the neighborhood always felt very safe. I also appreciated the location, as it is close to the city center.

   I moved into Noble House a few years ago. I struggled to find somewhere suitable, that was also dog friendly. I’ve been blown away by how lovely the apartment is and how helpful all of the management are. Everyone is very friendly and reliable and the location is ideal. The social events are also brilliant.

   I wasn’t sure what to expect when moving to Bath, but I’m really glad I did. I’ve had a fantastic experience of living in Noble House. This is especially due to the management. Scott and Belinda are great, very reliable, easy to speak to and I feel they go above and beyond to make the residents lives more comfortable. I love the resident quizzes, they’re a lot of fun and a lovely way to spend an evening, whilst also getting to know people.

   I have been living in Noble House for 2 years. The flats are beautifully laid out and were immaculate when we moved in. We have been very fortunate to have had the input from Scott, the Resident Service Manager, who’s always been there to help us with any issues we’ve experienced and always goes above and beyond to get things fixed quickly. He’s extremely polite, friendly and lovely to talk to and someone who we feel we can trust implicitly. I have found the rental increases to become more stressful over time but, but due to how hard Scott works, he is one of the main reasons we have chosen to stay at Noble, as his work always makes us feel very reassured.
