   What an amazing holiday flat. It was spacious, comfortable and charming. Some basic essentials were provided to make you feel at home, although what we missed was some salt in the kitchen, and body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. However, there is a Morrisons next door, so you can easily pick up whatever you need. You get a designated parking spot behind the property. The road is narrow, so it can be tricky to manoeuvre through the gates. Regardless, parking is a great perk of the place. There is a bus stop close by, which is also serviced by the National Express, so it was very convenient for us travelling from London. The cleaner arrived about 15-20 minutes before checkout. We were in the process of leaving anyway, but that was a little bit awkward.

   Well, what a find! We are super picky when it comes to accomodation,some folks 5 stars is our 2 ! But this really is a gem, this place is so good. From the meet and greet to the lovely smell as you enter it's perfect. We are a family of four with two kids 13 and 10 and more then enough room . We have only been in for 3 hours and we have all said it's so nice. Our 10year old said it was nicer then our home (we have a lovely place so this is praise indeed!). Warm , clean, convenient, everything you could possibly want from tea bags to spanking clean towels, hot radiators to clean sheets, bliss! . The owners are quick to respond to messages prior to our arrival and price is I think very fair considering the location with parking and what's included. There is a reason why this place is 5* our neighbors were planning on coming to Bath as well l here and will be booking KCA after our glowing report (they know how bloody picky we are!), bravo KCA excellent service.
