   My daughter has just recently left Once Upon a Time Day Nursery, and I can’t recommend it enough. The management team are fantastic — always approachable, professional, and genuinely care about the children’s wellbeing. The staff are also wonderful, creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment every day. A special mention to Zoe, who has been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She’s caring, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make sure my little one was happy and thriving. I’m so grateful for the time my daughter spent here and for the support and care provided by everyone at the nursery. Truly a great place for children to learn, grow, and feel loved.

   Both my girls attended the nursery over the years. They have learnt a lot and developed new skills. They were always happy going there in the mornings. The staff are engaging and introduce a lot of creative and educational games for children. The management is very supportive and accommodating when it comes to children needs, and reassuring with parents.

   I was so nervous about my son starting nursery, as he was super shy. But once he started this nursery, he came out of his shell and improved his speaking loads. He would always tell me about the fun he had with not only his friends but his teachers as well. I'll be forever grateful for the staff and will miss them greatly x

   Both my children attend the nursery and they both absolutely love being at nursery! They’ll always have a smile on their face going into nursery and coming out and the staff are amazing with both my children, my son always asks for the staff! It is the most friendliest, safest environment for my children which is very hard to find! The staff care about the children and their development as my children’s development has come on massively and it’s all thanks to the staff for doing an outstanding job!

   Felt it necessary to give an accurate review given what seems to be malicious misinformation about this amazing nursery. We have two children who have attended this nursery for over two years. One with additional needs. The nursery staff are fantastic, very hands on, very observant and attentive to individual needs. They have helped with referrals where required, one to one meetings to assure and guide parents and take on feedback on how to best support children. The calibre of feedback from Staff shows they truly understand our kids and the app updates are brilliant. It is more than just a childcare setting in my opinion, they have become an integral part of our children’s lives which they absolutely love and thrive in. The nursery and its staff are well known within the local borough by healthcare professionals and childcare facilities which speaks volumes in itself. Our kids love nursery and their teachers and we feel safe leaving them here - when looking for nurseries, we searched long and hard and looked at minimum 14 establishments. We are confident we made the best choice and are actually upset our eldest moves on to reception shortly as he absolutely loves nursery. Finally, the nursery is rated “outstanding” and as a parent of two kids who have attended here for a long period of time, I can totally vouch for this ofsted rating. A very happy parent.

   Very bad place not very safe. Stuff doesn’t watch the children properly my child is always coming home complaining about this nursery . They let the children fight each other I always make complain this should be shut down 0 stars

   It''s absolutely unprofessional. I've arranged a visit with them, then they cancelled due to deep cleaning, which is understandable. Then I've emailed back with a few options but they've never came back to me. It's like nothing happened and our communications don't exist. I cannot imagine how my child won't be neglected if they're unable to arrange an appointment. --------------------- Thank you for your response. However, my review was left a few months ago and I have no intention to discuss this further.

   I am seriously shocked that this place is still running. Been there inside once, it’s so filthy and disgusting, dirty toys, mouse droppings in the bin, state of the toilets well below standard. Every time I walk in the park I see teachers on cigarette breaks. I would never send my child there and Ofsted should do the inspection to verify their grading.
