   Our son has been at Monkey Puzzle almost a year now, and we’re so happy we chose this nursery. He started quite young and the team were so supportive and showed him so much care from day 1. The teachers are amazing and they do so many outings and creative activities with the children, they’re constantly introducing them to new things. He’s learnt so much at nursery and it’s a very nurturing, calm environment for our son.

   We are having such a great experience at this Nursery. Our daughter Aurora loves it,she made so many improvements, she now walks and talks, made friends and she is always happy to go to nursery and come back home with a smile.All the member of the stuff are really kind and present for the children, is easy to talk to them and communication is always been incredible and transparent. So happy we choose it as our nursery for Aurora

   Our son had amazing time at Monkey Puzzle Stoke Newington. Staff were very kind and caring. The meals were healthy and nutritious. All our questions and suggestions were duly addressed whenever we wanted to discuss anything. Really recommended!

   Disappointing experience for us at Monkey Puzzle. High staff turnover and poor management. It felt like some nursery staff really cared and others seemed detached and unhappy. For example, there was little concern about our child rejecting the lunch he was served and often he had eaten very little and was completely exhausted and emotional by the time we collected him at the end of the day. We ended up moving him to half days as a result. His relationship with his key person was very up and down, and he went through phases of not wanting to go to nursery at all. Now that my son is very happily attending a new nursery (and eating very well) really emphasises how much was lacking in his experience at Monkey Puzzle. His new nursery is managed extremely well, the staff are professional and work hard to build positive relationships with both the children and their parents. Our son is so much happier now. Other parents at Monkey Puzzle were also unhappy and experienced the same defensive attitude from management (in particular the nursery owner) which we did when raising concerns. I would advise waiting until the nursery is inspected by Ofsted before considering it for your child. On our son's last day there was no goodbye from staff or children. One of the newer members of staff brought him out when I collected him - there was no goodbye from his keyworker and no card or farewell celebration from his classmates. He had been attending Monkey Puzzle for over a year. It was very sad and disappointing - especially being a Primary School teacher myself and knowing how a child leaving class should be handled. It symbolised everything that is wrong with this nursery.

   Our son attended monkey puzzle for around a year before we moved home. The staff create a friendly, exciting environment where the kids clearly feel safe and can thrive. Although a busy nursery kids get lots of personal attention and key workers make strong bonds with the kids. Would recommend.

   We have been very happy with the caring environment monkey puzzle Stoke Newington team provide for our son and daughter. The team welcome feedback from parents. The chef cooks up healthy nutritious food to keep them going during their busy day of playing and fun activities such as dancing, singing, yoga, and focused activities. The key workers we have had are attentive and caring towards our children's emotional and physical wellbeing. All of this makes monkey puzzle an good nursery.

   We have been so pleased with Monkey Puzzle Stoke Newington since joining in February. It is a beautiful, well presented space and they ensure all the days are filled with fun activities from messy play to outdoor trips. The food menu is fantastic with high quality ingredients. The staff are wonderful with the children and our daughter skips in happily in the morning and is full of joy when collected. Would definitely recommend.
