I’ve been coming here for a few months now. Really lovely staff (Fiona & Angela). A lovely & cosy space upstairs, with lots of activities for the little ones.

Incredibly rude staff on the phone for the number listed. I called up to speak to someone at the children’s centre and was told abruptly there is no children’s centre here. When I challenged it, stating this is what is listed on Google and I just came from there this morning, the lady then backed down and said they do have some baby sessions. I only called to ask if I had left something at the session I had attended. I do not care about the politics surrounding whether or not it is a Children’s Centre and do not expect to be spoken to in such a manner. I informed the person on the phone that Hackney gov website, Millfields website and the timetable I received today all state it is called Millfields Children’s Centre. Patronising and rude staff. Surprised they are working in an Early Years setting. However, Angela and the other lady (sorry Ive forgotten your name!) that runs the Children’s Centre sessions are wonderful and my children love attending.
Sad news that the council have planned to close it.
glad my child is no longer attending this school, untold amount of incidents , bite marks, bruises, failing to act when my child had a temp of over 38 degrees and only last week a staff member opened the nursery door and walked away from it shutting on my child's hand, still no accident report has been filed. luckily my child's hand wasn't broken! milfield's should be ashamed of their servere failings in my child's care . glad she will be attending a new school with an OUTSTANDING ofsted report

Lovely place with great activities and friendly staff. Really annoying front entrance gate that is hard to open with a buggy in one hand.
