   On 29 October 2024 my daughter was just getting a canvas when a lady came up to her and said we’re did you get this from and my daughter said near the colours and the lady said she “has”to tell a staff even though other kids were also painting and taking canvisis without permission and when my daughter asked that why can they get canvisis without permission the lady said they are just kids and when we went home my daughter said she really felt embarrassed and sad.she is Bengali syleti short women,before we go to Bigland children centre she was same behaviour,too much rude,we decide we are not going any children centre,by the way African women is always good

   Went here with my friend and children what a lovely place for children to be children free snacks and lots to do. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the reception team I had to write a review after reading lots of negatives ones I don't know why these are on there they are not seeing what I'm seeing good work John Smith keep it up...

   Friendly staff ,they help me so much with my son,i want to give a special thanks to Shamimara Hussain,from the beginning she was helping me,she offer me a lot of professional support,guiding me step by step for what i was in need to do for my son who is on late development and suspected of autism,she is one of the people that she is doing her job with her heart and not because it's a job,i really want to thank her a lot from the bottom of my heart and all team from John Smith Children Centre

   Very good facility. Been bringing my son here since he was 2 months and now he's 20 months! A variety of toys provided and many activities set out each day to stimulate children's learning and development. Staff are all very welcoming too.

   This is quite a nice children's centre, it's very big inside with lots of toys and also has a playground. The people who run it are friendly and they give free snacks for the kids. They have another classroom for the part time children, who seem happy.
