   My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Chiswick Day since summer 2023. She has experienced the Firebirds class and is now in her final Preschool year. She is so incredibly happy here and she is truly flourishing. The staff are attentive, caring, and genuinely nurturing. Our daughter is a summer-born child, and we made the decision to delay her entry into Reception. We were so grateful for the time, support, and thoughtful guidance the nursery gave us while we considered this. I am now certain we made the right choice by extending her time here for another year. The children learn so much through play, and I feel that Bright Horizons Chiswick Day is setting her up beautifully for success when she moves on to big school next year. The teachers clearly care about every child, and my daughter adores each one of them. She is being nurtured and gently challenged, and it’s remarkable to see her confidence and curiosity grow. I also really appreciate the nursery’s strong commitment to safeguarding. It brings such relief knowing she is in a safe, well-run environment where she is truly looked after. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more.

   Warm, friendly, calm staff. Clean and appealing environment. Delicious food made on site. Empathetic room leaders and key staff who are understanding of the anxieties of parents and children when starting. My son has settled far better than I expected and I was relieved to see he was very quickly and easily eating and napping well. He smiles with excitement as we arrive and is happy to greet the staff and his friends. Thank you for your support and care, team!

   I can't recommend this brilliant nursery and the wonderful team highly enough. My daughter has been there for a year now and settled in incredibly quickly and skips happily into nursery every day. The staff in the firebirds room are incredibly caring and lovely and I feel completely reassured leaving her in their care, particularly Thirza, Mishel and Ula are excellent and so kind. The nursery seems very well run by Michelle and Judi, they are organised and really responsive and the place is always immaculate. The children spend loads of time outdoors in the big playground and are always busy doing interesting things. A really lovely nursery.

   I could not recommend this nursery enough! The facilities are great and the kids have lots of space, the menu is varied and most importantly the staff is amazing! They are so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure the parents and children are happy whilst keeping us informed with the updates on the app. My son has thrived and learnt so much this last year, I’m so impressed with his development and all the activities he does! He loves going to nursery everyday, loves the staff and his friends. Thank you so much!

The app also shows us throughout the day how much our son has eaten and how he’s slept. We are so happy we chose this nursery for our most cherished little boy.

   We searched high and low before deciding to send our 1 year old boy to this nursery, and in hindsight, we're so glad we did. The nursery is set away from any main roads, and there's plenty of space for the little ones to explore (inside and out). The staff (in particular, Neringa, Irlanda, and Priyanka) are incredible and much loved by our little boy (sometimes it's a struggle to get him to leave!), and always have stories to tell us at the end of the day. We also look forward to the weekly updates on the app to see what they've been up to throughout the week. We couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.
