   Date :Friday 28 march time 1pm .I had appointments and I went there10 mints earlier.the reception lady was rude and I mean very rude .she looks like Brit bangladeshi.my wife let her know about the appointment details but she was completely ignored and didn't pass the massage to the realitive person .I end up waiting nearly one hour and later she just said sorry .I don't want to see her working around any childcare department as my daughter's was trying to use playing facilities but she was rude very rude. Don't know what but management should look after this lady affort

   I went there today with my daughter, service was so bad . One lady was so rude, definitely doesn’t deserve to work children centre. Attitude like undermining others, kind of dictating behaviour. She was so upset because kids were messing up those toys. Never go back to this children centre.
