Lovely place to take children to for stay and play sessions. My children have thoroughly enjoyed the facilities here over the years. Unfortunately, they've gotten rid off a lot of familiar faces (staff) in recent years.
Good experience, health visitor D explained everything in a way that we understood and will be helpful on implementing going forward. A lot of toys for kids and the staff were helpful.
Good to have free services on offer locally and staff are generally friendly. But the staff have at times struggled to understand straightforward questions and not been polite about that, and they've been a bit odd about the way they register children. Also not very helpful that the timetable changes each term.
Completely disappointed with the incompetent male staff over the phone giving incorrect information. I was told the under 1's play session is at 10.30-11.30 on a Tuesday. However, when I turned up at 10.30 I was then told it was at 2pm and handed a timetable. This was very frustrating as it's difficult to get out with babies. Updated: so after coming for a number of sessions (during over 3 months). I find the reception staff "friendly". Stay and play session doesn't often start on time. You waiting around in reception area for normal 5-7 minutes.

Great staff, friendly and clean enviroment. My daughter had a great time. Call and book in advance, wasn't busy when I went but I like to be organised. Lock up from prams. If you live local and have a little one, worth paying a visit.
