Who decided to run a daycare business in a residential area? You guys and your business is annoying in this residential area! Why are you open even during holidays (all season breaks)? The property you’re in right now should’ve continued being residential or a non-noisy business like a surgery, like it was previously!
I’m so thankful for this nursery and the wonderful staff. They helped my son settle in so quickly, always welcoming him with a smile and a hug. The team are so caring and supportive, and my son loved spending time with them so much that even on his days off, he still wanted to go! I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention he receives here.

My son joined this nursery at just 10 months old, and now he has graduated—time has flown by! I am so grateful for the staff’s support, patience, and genuine love for the children. Watching him grow, learn, and even form his own little friendships has been incredibly rewarding. While the facilities may not be the most modern and space not big enough, the caring team made it the perfect place for my son and lunch is included. Thank you for providing such a warm and nurturing environment.

Decent nursery and suitable for basic childcare. I was happy my son was in a safe environment and it was not overcrowded like others in the area. It offered an NHS discount which was useful. It's more of a day care rather than a nursery as I don't feel like there was much education for children or interaction with parents. We sometimes got pictures and daily reports with food and nappy changes. The teddy bear picnic was forgotten about by staff and they said they would rearrange but again this was forgotten. Like I said I felt safe leaving my son here but knew he wouldn't be getting anything additional. No special events around Easter or Chinese New year etc. I only received things my son had made when we left the nursery. Would have been nice to have him come home with whatever he made during the week instead of months later. This was for the colindale branch so can't comment for others. We've moved to a nursery closer to our home and my son is much happier and talking lots more. I wouldn't recommend leaving your child here for more than a few months.
Don’t send your children there, this is the worst nursery I’ve ever seen. They have very little resources so the children are bored and unhappy. The food that is served to the children is so disgusting a lot of them won’t eat it. Also, the manager Siobhan is a very miserable and nasty person. The place is not worth the money and should close down, the children deserve better.
Very much love this nursery. Our daughter went there from when she was 13 month, till 2.4. Staff is very caring, my daughter would miss them. They provide daily reports, weekly reports. Management is really responsive.
My daughter goes to Twisty Tails Nursery for the last two years. Staff are well trained, well behaved, professional, friendly towards parents and children. They respond quickly to parents need and adjust. The nursery itself is an extended semi detached spacious house, which has been well decorated and designed to suit children of all ages. It has several rooms for over 2s, under 2s and babies. Food quality is good and general hygiene in the nursery is to a high standard. In total I think it is one of the best nurseries in NW9 area. My daughter is happy to go there, while in the previous nursery she visited she was sometimes reluctant to go. In general a happy and nice place for children do be.
