   Really lovely place for children. So welcoming and always different activities laid out every day, well presented. I’ve been coming here for five years with both my children and they are always overly excited to come. There is a outside play area as well as the inside play area with loads of toys, so much to play with. At the end, there is a half-hour singing session, which again the kids really enjoy and it brings the parents together. Thank you for all the staff for always being so helpful, friendly and going the extra mile.

   There was a event happening for children from 0-19 it was really good kids and mums enjoyed it what's not to enjoy free lunch and all the kids got to take a balloon home at the end of the event with some goody bag!

   Why have you got people on the front desk that can't even speak basic English! He didn't know times or dates of sessions furthermore he couldn't even understand me and was told to call back on Monday! All I want to do is book some baby classes! September/October update: I've been booked on to several sessions over the past couple of months with a NEWBORN only to turn up and be told the class is cancelled. I even called up last week before attending a session just to be sure it wasn't cancelled and guess what it was cancelled! Thank God! I hadn't turned up because I'd have been fuming and hell would have broke loose! Who and where is the manager of this centre? Is she even running the centre? If she was maybe she would be aware of all the issues. I get the same excuse everytime "We are short staffed" well then just do the better thing and cancel all sessions and close the centre! Simple! But stop wasting people's time it's bloody hard enough getting out with a newborn!

   Have been here a few times and my experience is it’s a pretty rough area. I’m not a fan of the parents and their lack of parenting. Children will hit and snatch toys on a regular basis and parents do nothing about it. After the last visit where it happened three times and the mother refused to do anything about it and the centre worker did nothing, we won’t go anymore. I understand if a child is having a bad day, but allowing poor behaviour is pretty low. Centre workers just stand around doing nothing about it, even if you say something. AVOID! It’s A poor environment for children.
