My health visitor was amazing and very professional. I felt at ease whilst talking with her and giving my concerns I may have had of my baby. She was very reassuring and happy with the progress of my baby. That made me feel at ease. The receptionist was also very kind and was making us feel welcome to attend play sessions etc.
Love this place! It's such a lovely centre with very caring staff and amazing activities for children. It's a safe haven for first time mums like myself who just needed an excuse to get out of the house and meet new friends! Thanks so much to all of you guys for the dedication to the centre and putting on fabulous timetables for the kids.

Amazing service run by passionate and friendly staff. Baby singalong & stories, sensory stay and play, baby massage and themed seasonal workshops/events. Have been invaluable for me as a mum to get me out of the house, entertain the little one and engaging with other local parents.
Thanks to all the staff at the children centre, I've been attending with my baby boy since he wss 2 months. Special shout out to Noohi for the Baby Massage and Stay and Play sessions (in particular for the general advice on all my questions, which I truly appreciate esp as a first time mom!) Also special thanks to Doloris and Kenny for Baby Singalong sessions.
I loved coming here with my son. Great memories Now that we moved abroad we are truly missing this place. We also did the baby massage class and it was amazing! The staff was lovely, thanks for everything!
This place is absolutely wonderful. The support you get from each team member and the health visitors is really good. Lots of fun activities during the week suitable for all ages up to 4. (See the booklets or go on the Beckton and royal docks children centre website to see which activity suits your child) your child will develop and as a parent you will learn new ways to interact with your child. Of course the place is also free so you won’t need to worry about prices. One huge advantage is talking to other parents/guardians making new friends (even if your shy like me) and share your child’s growing up experiences with others. Try it out deserves more than 5 stars in my eyes
I had a great experience with the baby massage course held at this children’s centre. The instructor was friendly and knowledgable. I have also attended heuristic play and sensory play sessions here. It’s interesting that there is a different theme to the play every week (wood, fabric, etc). The sensory room is also nice; however, it is in the school next door so you need to be escorted if you need to leave the session early- but the children’s centre staff have been very accommodating with this in my experience.
