   It's the worst nursery in Harlow. My son was there for about 6 months. First he was in toddler room and he was happy there. Nightmare started when they moved him to pre-school after he turned 3. Every day, when I was picking him up from his key carer I heard that he is naughty, he is not listening etc. On his last day I was told to record at home how my son is counting or calling numbers because she is unable to do observations. In the meantime I tried moving him to another room or change carer but I was ignored. Many times when I was picking my boy I heard how the carers were shouting on kids without any reason. Another thing what shocked me was how they were serving lunch. 3-year olds had to take a hot plates and put them on the table! I understand tidying up after the meal but allowing such a little children to carry hot food.. When I gave them notice the manager suddenly decided, she wants to help me. I told her, I'm not going to change my decision after she was ignoring me for months!! In other nursery my boy was much happier. Instead listening how naught my son is I heard that he is lovely boy with great personality. Some time later I met with a parent who had similar problems as me. But instead moving him somewhere else she decided to complaint. Akhter manager made her life really miserable. I don't know how Akhter did it, but my new friends had to deal with social services because the nursery managed to convince social services officer that my friend's boy is autistic. Which was a complete lie. That's why I'm telling everyone not to send their little precocious to that place.

   I believe this nursery is great for my child. All people working here are smiling all the time we get greetings when we come in and out even though we are from different country. This place feel very secure for children. I want to thank specially to Mrs. Very who established a very strong connection with my child and with us as parents even if our child has moved to a different room. With this occasion I wish to thank all of the staff who are working very hard to keep all toddlers happy and making every day a special one for them and also for their parents. I believe we all should kindly appreciate people who work here and stop judging an event just because we have different issues at work or home or with another people and express our feelings in a bad way on whatever minor things happen in this nursery by being rude with staff.

   I just wanted to share my views on this wonderful nursery. My little one has been attending since beginning of the year and I have have nothing but positive words to say about the staff and the environment. My daughter attends the toddler room and her key worker Very is absolutely brilliant ! From the day of her settle Very made me feel at ease for being able to leave my daughter. Very has been very supportive with settling my child and has helped to potty train her in just 1 week!! Very communicates with myself positively and she is very approachable. All staff in this room deserve a mention as they are a brilliant team and have all done me very proud with my daughter as her settling in as it wasn't easy for her in the beginning, but with help from Very, Antonina,Eliza and Karen it's been a plain sailing experience and I leave her knowing she is happy and content within the environment.
