    Absolutely awful service! We attended for our 2 week old daughter to be seen for a walk in clinic for a lactation consultant to review her. We were seen by the support worker but not by the consultant. We asked several times but they appeared to be too busy. We were told to get there on time several times which we explained we did 1pm on the dot and were ignored! Terrible service! If you wish for your child to be seen for possible tongue tie I suggest to go else where! Wasted 2 hours of our time! To make it worst the staff were seeing others before we had even been assessed!!! PLEASE AVOID!!!!

    The infant feeding drop in sessions are great, the team is lovely. Highly recommend if you need a lactation consultant. The location on Google maps is not correct but it’s close. Walk up the pedestrian road, turn right at the little roundabout, walk up and it’s the building on the right hand side.
