It has been wonderful to see the rapid development of the If Opera festival in its short tenure at Belcombe Court. The new enclosed performance space, increased orchestra size, and hospitality area have greatly improved the whole festival. The beautiful surroundings of Belcombe and informal nature of the festival make it a perfect place to start for opera newbies. The 2023 production of Fedora was superb.
