Longleat customer services are simply non-existent. We tried calling multiple times and there is just no answer. We tried several of the 9 options given when you call and no one answered at all. For such a well known establishment, this is simply not good enough. We were planning a visit, but due to not being able to contact Longleat to ask a simple question we've not been able to go. Such a shame and such an incredibly easy thing to remedy but having someone actually answere phone calls!

Trying to get hold of an actual person to deal with an issue is near impossible, 5 attempts to call, waiting over 20 minutes each time, no reply to emails, FB messenger or Twitter.
