Grilled seabass was beautiful, juicy, tender & succulent fish. Chips were nice & crunchy, complicated by fresh chilli sauce. Customer service exceptional.
Used to buy shawarma and falafel wrap from both Rusto shop. But one staff member (Ruston opposite to Primemark) is very rude, won't take orders sometimes or will keep us wait long and used to throw items. Stopped to buy it from there as there's no respect for customers.
Dreadful burger meal. The photo shows the burger bun with two beef burgers, salad and cheese melt and price £6. Ordered two of these and a Hulumi and cheese wrap. The burgers had one beef burger, no cheese melt and no pickles. On complaining we were told it’s a mistake ! In UK it’s called miss selling carrying fines and penalties. We were given pickles but they refused to rectify the omission of one beef burger. As for cheese the has used liquid cheese soaked into the bun. You are better off getting your burger meal from McDonalds as no mistakes there. AVOID at all cost…
Small sharma wrap is £5.00. Reasonably priced and i really enjoyed it. The wrap was warm. Full of taste and cooked perfectly. They where really busy when i arrived but was served quickly. There is an option if spicy and non spicy. I had the non spicy one which still has alot of flavour. There are many other options but i recommend the wrap
The cheapest meal you will find in Hounslow. The chicken shawarma wrap is £4, peri peri chips is £1.50. Sadly the shawarma isn’t Cooked properly & neither are chips. It’s not tasty. Big portions, but not cooked long enough. They also cook falafel. This is located in Market square.
Rusto ( Shawarma & Grill ) Best place for Shawarma & Falafel at the Market Place in Hounslow. They do serve many more variety of dishes too. Great taste specially the chicken Shawarma. Good taste & quantity and the prices are reasonable. It’s located at the entrance of the Market Place in Hounslow.
The shawarmas are really good. This is just like fast food within the market place. Prices are affordable and the portion is really enough for 2 average adults
Great food and reasonable price. My favourite is the mixed shawarma on a plate. Chilli and garlic sauce is phenomenal. I also love the falafel, freshly made in front of you and for only £1! Highly recommended! Note: if getting the shawarma make sure you go there in the first half of the day. After 6/7pm the meat is dry and not as delicious.
