   We had a truly wonderful morning with Emma from SASS Circus for my friend's hen do. We had a range of abilities to cater for and the event worked so well. As it was nice weather we were able to take advantage of the mobile service offered, so Emma came to us fully armed with a plethora of circus equipment, including an aerial rig, which was great fun. Emma led two hours of excellent silliness with enthusiasm and humour. I couldn't recommend SASS Circus more highly.

   I went to Amirah as I had gotten very complacent with my diet and eating habits and needed help getting back on track. She listened to what I said and worked with me week on week to improve my habits and choose better options. She is an incredibly knowledgeable nutritional therapist and because of her help we have lowered my cholesterol, blood sugars and weight. I highly recommend her. Wendy H

   My 11 year old has just started aerial silks class with Emma and loving it. It’s a great skill using a lot of core strength and I’m amazed at how much she’s been able to do after just a few lessons. Emma is super lovely and enthusiastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this class to any child that loves climbing, ballet or gym and wants a fun challenge!
