They are in a mess. There are ongoing issues from last year and still not resolved. The staff, especially in the complaints team, are not helpful and don't want to listen. I didn't have a choice, but it you do, stay away.
Hard to get hold of. Never answer phones. Don’t understand how they are located inside the university of law, who have no clue either?
Absolutely awful to deal with. They keep trying to insist I attend a money helper “money wise” appointment when money helper themselves tell me I can’t have one - see the photo I’ve attached. They don’t seem to understand the very regulatory environment in which they operate in. There just seems to be an endless stream of excuses as to why my money can never leave them, despite 2 other pension providers that I have transferring out without any of the issues these guys cite. My experience with them has been going on since 2023 in attempting to transfer and has also involved two data breaches of my personal data to different 3rd parties. We are now in July 2024. They respond outside of the Pension Regulator’s requirements on complaints where it’s data leaks or just complaining about their service and just don’t seem to care. I’ve completely had enough of them and have complained to the regulator.
Have been waiting for a refund from this company for 10 months 2 weeks now . Long list of lies & excuses told me which never make sense . Don’t use this company they’re absolutely rubbish and very dishonest also .
