   Marcie Burke was very friendly and efficient, amazing at accommodating myself and 4 relatives to book a group holiday. She spent time detailing our criteria to fit persons young and disabled in our party so that all needs were met. And the price person was even under our budget!! Cannot recommend her or her team at TUI enough. Saved us all so much time and stress using a professional.

She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect holiday without any stress. Anna was patient, super helpful, and made everything feel fun and exciting. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure I felt confident and happy with my booking. It honestly felt like chatting to a friend who knows everything about holidays!    I have just booked my holiday with Tui in Yate. Marcie our travel expert was great, with loads of past experience and knowledge. She listened to our criteria and fully understood our needs. We booked our holiday to Egypt there and then, feeling confident it will be a holiday of a lifetime . We were able to book an appointment, ensuring we weren't kept waiting .    Me and my partner went into Tui Yate to book a holiday. We were not entirely sure of exactly where we should go but we had an idea of budget and the type of holiday. We had an appointment with Marcie Burke who was totally awesome, she listened and considered everything we said was essential and we ended up with a location that ticked all of the boxes. I was a little worried that it would be really difficult to find somewhere but it was super easy with Marcie giving recommendations and insight to what others experienced where she had not have personal knowledge. She was extremely professional, attentive, kind and I cannot think of a better experience booking a holiday. I am definitely looking forward to the next time we book and no doubt it will be with Marcie again! Definitely an real gem and highly recommended!

   Booked a holiday to Turkey with Jess Shepard in Yate,Bristol. What can I say ! From the moment I walked into the store I got first class customer service . All the staff were extremely smart and well turned out. The atmosphere within the store was friendly and inviting. Jess was extremely professional and friendly. I had a general idea of when I wanted to go, and where , she sat and listened, gave me helpful advice, and also drew in her own personal knowledge of some of the areas I was looking at. I have two older teenagers which she was able to relate to, and offer solutions to somewhere that might suit us all. Thank you Jess for such fantastic customer service.
