Never been on a cruise before so decided to book it through a travel agents. So glad we did as Jodi was so lovely and helpful. We were there nearly 2 hours and she was so patient and knowledgeable could never of done it on own.Thank you Jodi for all your help .

We have just returned from booking our cruise at this shop. We were helped by a very pleasant and helpful lady called Alvita. She answered all our queries, made extra useful suggestions and, most importantly, helped us secure the seats we needed for our flights which we were having trouble doing on-line. We usually book on-line but this experience was brilliant, informative, stress free and the same price as on-line. Next time we book with Tui we will definitely visit again and would recommend.

Carri-Ann was really helpful, pleasant and listened to what i was looking from a hotel for a 10 day holiday in May. She helped to find the Lalila Blue Suites hotel which covered all our needs including being all inclusive as well as close to all local amenities in Marmaris. We booked our recent holiday through a lovely lady called Donna who was a credit to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
