   Trailfinders arranged our honeymoon, and they were excellent. Owen helped organise the itinerary around Italy and suggested some lovely cities to visit, and organised the travel and transfers. He took the stress of organising the holiday away, and we had a great time thanks to his hard work!

   Absolutely fantastic experience with chloe. we popped in to have a chat about honeymoons, not thinking we would book anything but just leave with more knowledge, and we ended up booking! the holiday deal itself was absolutely brilliant but chloe was just lovely. she answered our million questions, priced up probably 10+ holidays, nothing was too much trouble! she shared her own personal experiences of hotels and really made us feel excited and special! my fiancé has now decided we will be booking all future holidays with chloe and i’m banned from all my holiday booking apps! thank you so much!! ❤️

   First class service. After being recommended to speak with Trailfinders by a friend, I called in to explore possibility of a Canadian holiday and was amazed at how professional and knowledgeable Trailfinders are. So grateful to agent Sarah who guided and advised me through my own ideas. She put together an itinerary, no pressure, so I went away to consider. Next day and two... following my phone queries to her which were sorted immediately I have my dream holiday at my budget, to look forward to. Amazing service, thank you to Sarah.    We have just returned from a Round the World trip of a lifetime booked with Trailfinders. From start (before Covid) to getting back home Dave Biffen has been faultless in his support. He helped us organise the whole trip; stops, accommodation, rail excursions, flights and he made suggestions we hadn't considered that made the trip more special. Throughout the Covid period he remained in touch, when it became apparent that things would not take place in 2021 we elected to put the trip back 12 months. Dave was able to reorganise it and even get us great deals for not cancelling. From departure to return the trip had been so well organised it went without a hitch. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. As we were spending a large amount of money, it was comforting to know that our money was safe with Trailfinders and we also took out their Travel Insurance, which after shopping around was one of the best we could find. Trailfinders stayed in contact with us while we were away, any queries we had were handled quickly and easily. We will never use another Travel Agent and cannot recommend the Bath Office highly enough.

   We booked a family trip to Bangkok and Krabi including the Elephant Hills stay with Trailfinders, Bath over Christmas 2019. Jess (i think and if not apologies and Charlotte were superb). All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The transfers were simply amazing, perfectly arranged each and every time. Not the cheapest but everything and i mean everything is taken care of. If you want to travel without worry or having to double check then I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services. We will be back in touch with the Bath branch very soon.

   Went in there today to get insurance for me and my friend and the staff (especially the guy at the back) were really helpful and kind and even made sure we were served as fast as possible as well as staying within the corona guidelines, will definitely be recommending Trail finders!
