I visited Tui Thornbury to book our holiday. Becky helped me with my holiday booking and was very patient and clear with the whole booking process. We attended the TUI Holiday Store in Thornbury and Alvita was excellent. She and the TUI team took the time to go through the booking to ensure everything was as we expected. When Crystal contacted them 2 days before we were due to leave for a skiing holiday to say that there was not enough snow in the resort to allow the slopes to open Alvita promptly phoned me. Becky then helped me to find an alternative to ensure that our ski holiday can still go ahead. Great pro-active customer service. Thanks for everything!! ⛷
Alvita spent a great deal of time helping us plan our recent holiday. As we hadn't travelled abroad for some time, she helped to put together the right package for our trip, providing us with reassurance that everything was in place.
