I booked my holiday with Alice in the bath branch after another branch from tui completely messed it up. She was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! She had so much passion for her job, great energy which added to the experience. She rectified the other person’s mistake within 20 minutes. She was an absolute delight and calmed me down straight away. I can’t speak more highly of her, she is the epitome of customer service!! ALICE NEEDS A RAISE!!!
