Amazing holiday in Orlando, FL thanks to Martin Ross @ Travel Councellors (TC). I was struggling to find what we needed accomodation wise for party of five. Martin has been great, listened to what we wanted then arranged and booked us everything in. Accommodation was in a great location, near shops and places to eat. Central to most parks. All the way through Martin was responsive to any questions I had and I received all the documents via TC app! Also managed to get to go to EPIC Universe via preview tickets, which Martin told us about and shared link. Received a good booklet with info about all the parks and places to eat there, which was really useful and helped to feed us at food places at reasonable prices. I would book again with TC and highly recommend.
I highly recommend Martin Ross as a travel counsellor. From day one he has been incredibly helpful, guiding us to book a dream holiday to Florida. He doesn't do any upselling and is very honest about ideas you run past him. If he doesn't think something is worth doing or too expensive, he will let you know. He replies promptly and is very knowledgeable, giving you confidence that his recommendations are trustworthy. Planning a trip to Disney World is a mighty task, but Martin has made it a lot easier.
Wouldn’t book a Disneyland holiday with anyone but Martin. He’s so informative and if he doesn’t know he quickly finds out. He helps with the best deals and offers to stay. Martin took the time to go through potential destinations for our Honeymoon when we laid out what we wanted. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about it all and followed up with a detailed list of 3 options - complete with videos - explaining this thoughts on each option. He also made sure that the transfers and everything else we needed were arranged well in advance as we were traveling with an 8-month old. We had a brilliant time at our resort on Honeymoon. Would highly recommend Martin.

Putting this very simply. I just couldn't have done my family Disney vacation without martin. He is fabulous at every turn and never leaves a question unanswered even for this very nervous post covid mum ! This time has been fab and so were the last times too!
