It was worth the wait. We had a fantastic flight with our pilot, Hugo. Over the skies of Bath we took in the breathtaking views. It was so serene and an experience I will never ever forget. Shout out to Rich too!
I was lucky enough to book a flight in Bath for my birthday, and it was absolutely magnificent. The ride was incredibly smooth -no wind or swaying, just pure comfort in the balloon basket. I never expected to see such fine details from that height: rabbits in the fields, horses, sheep, and even the chance to exchange greetings with people on the ground! A special thanks to the crew - they were professional and friendly at every stage. For those planning a trip, I’d recommend setting aside a few extra days in case of weather-related rescheduling

What an incredible flight! We had a perfect route going out of bath. The team were great, they were really friendly and explained everything well. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good enough to fly on the day of our initial booking, but we were kept up to date and they helped us find the perfect day to fly, which meant we had great weather and stunning views on our flight. It was a great experience. We even got a lift right back to our car after!
Wow, I can’t give Hugo and his team enough stars. Even with some weather delays they were able to find us a safe place to launch from. Hugo helped coordinate the ride knowing it was a surprise engagement for me and my partner as we were visiting from the states and had limited options to reschedule. The whole process went extremely smooth and even with my fear of heights, I felt safe in that balloon in the sky looking down at the helicopters. It is such a unique experience and Hugo and his team really help make it unforgettable. Thanks again and I highly recommend, if you’re on the fence just take the leap of faith and book it!!

I booked a private balloon ride over Bristol as a post engagement celebration and was not disappointed! From the set up to the flight and landing it was all such a special experience! Hugo and his team are pros and kept things fun, safe and running so, so smoothly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Loved every minute! My partner brought me the experience as a birthday gift and it was perfect. My partner had been liaising with Hugo over a few months to ensure that when we did take off it was the best morning in terms of weather and we got the most out of our experience and it didn’t disappoint. It was great fun setting up the balloon for our flight, we loved asking Hugo a lot of questions in terms of how it all works and it was great fun finding a spot to land too. The views were just fantastic and the gin provided by the Bath Gin Distillery was a lovely touch too. We definitely had the best balloon out there that day. My advice to anyone is do it, it’s not scary and it’s the most loveliest feeling being up there in the sky. Thank you to Hugo (and Ali his trusted side kick) for looking after us and making it so much fun, I would do it again in a heartbeat.
