I am not sure about if this is the correct location but in Yeovil where Thomas Cook used to be is the store which is in town centre. I went in today to ask about a holiday in Amsterdam. I was honest with her and said we don't have the money right now but will have it in a few weeks, and that I am only wanting a quote at the moment and I understand that the price will change. It is only to give us an idea. She was a blonde older lady and was very cold and not welcoming. She then kept saying in a horrible voice that the price will change and there's no point in getting a quote. We were granteed customers who had garenteed money to book but not just yet. We know what happens as we used Thomas Cook before to book florida in June 2019. Thomas Cook had great survaces unlike hays travel. She was incredibly rude and we walked out not wanting to come back to book. She wanted us to go and didn't want us there. I will not waste my money on their services. Please improve your staff...
Ate there last night and have been in there several times over the years, can't fault the place,staff friendly,food excellent.
Staff give great customer service. Nothing too much trouble. Will use them in the future.
We popped into tui to book a holiday and they didn't want to know or have our money, so by chance we went into Hays and they couldn't do enough for us, found us exactly what we req and have booked twice since.
