Absolutely amazing, I went to grab a prescription for my astma and they didn't hesitate, I also asked to get my tonsils checked whilst I was there, I was waiting only 2 minutes to be seen and they checked my tonsils and I was prescribed penacilin
Always a good, prompt service. Very convenient to the doctors surgery, although parking isn't as easy now that the carpark across the road is long stay.
I need two different drug to collect. Pharmacist inform me is one of my drug is not available and I need to wait. When She do that I tell her I doesn’t won’t substitute just for make sure that’s what she packing right now is the orginal. When back home open a bag and what was inside?? Substitute drug what a shame They are obligated to inform You and ask Client to make decisions what You would like and the worst it is that She know I would like orginal and any way She packing me substitute drug! I hope They take back on Monday if not I lost a lot of money because She don’t do properly her Job!! Never back to this pharmacy!!
Didn't get enough tablets, so my mum phoned in to asked if she could pick up the remaining. The pharmacy tried to imply that I had taken some out, asked if I had been supervised. Are you joking? I feel so insulted.
I wanted to post this review as I found Kennedy Way Pharmacy to be excellent. I normally have Pharmacy2U deliver my medication and they are very efficient. However, the medication I require could not be sourced by them. I had to go to my surgery and get a new prescription for my medication (which would run out in two days time) and go around to all pharmacies in Yate to see if anyone could source it. I went to several pharmacies and they just didn’t have it in and could not get it! I then walked into Kennedy Way Pharmacy and asked them if they could fulfil my prescription. They were friendly and extremely helpful, the pharmacist said that they did not have the require medication but made several calls and managed to source my prescription. They went over and above to assist me and I want to thank them as it saved me so much stress and worry. Thank you to all the staff at Kennedy Way Pharmacy, you truly care and that is what working in the health service is all about.
Poor service, taken on far too much that they can handle. Gets medication wrong or don't contact you when they say they will if there is a problem with the medication required from supplier. You have to chase them constantly

Lovely, Friendly, Helpful Pharmacy. I have got my medicines from this pharmacy and am very happy with the service. They have very long working hours so no problems in getting my pharmacy items when other places are shut. Located in the Yate town centre so easy to get too. The pharmacists are very helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. Oh its attached to the GP surgery as well. So never far to walk after seeing the doctor to get your medicine. Bonus. Thanks to the Kennedy Way Pharmacy team. They do delivery as well. A Local Independent and Late opening pharmacy in Yate town Centre.
