Awful place. Incessant ongoing issues with an elderly relatives prescription. It got to the point where we've had to arrange the medication ourselves due to the delays and attitude of the pharmacist towards timely delivery of dosset boxes for vital, time sensitive medication. Her attitude absolutely stinks. Now, despite knowing the patient is housebound and therefore requires delivery of medication they failed to wait for an elderly person with mobility issues to answer the door, took the medication back and made insufficient effort to redeliver or check on the patients wellbeing. The only reason they have had their appropriate tablets is because family have been there and used spare medication. If the patient didnt have any family they couldve been dead for nearly a month. There is no sense of a duty of care, and if their failings arent addressed its a matter of time before a patient a seriously affected. The fact they are attached physically to Courtside Surgery gives an impression they are recommended by them, so it will also no doubt affect their reputation.

25 minutes to pick up a prescription first thing in the morning ordered well in advance. This is the second time I had gone to the surgery to collect a prescription as last time, the queue was (again) out the door and standing for long periods with back pain and two children isn't practical. This there was. Only 2 people in front of me but it still took 25 minutes. There were missing items again, which happens every month. Each time I collect a month's supply of medication, it's taking 2 journeys at least to collect the whole prescription and and it takes about an hour a month to collect pre-ordered items.

Long waits, but other than not having the stock that day it was immediately ordered for the next day and could pick it up quickly as it was all ready for me. No mistakes at all, which is unusual as I’m on a lot of meds!

Constantly unable to collect my prescription due to it being out of stock or not processed correctly. Ongoing issue for at least 6 months. The pharmacy blames the surgery and vise versa. Update: i left and took my prescription to lloyds direct and now I have it delivered with no issues.

Very Very slow. The prescriptions are not made up as they come in, they are put together when you come in to collect. The staff are lovely but the set up is too slow

Terrible service. Father in law went in twice on their request to collect essential medication. They hadn't bothered to order it and sent him to Tescos ( who didn't have it either ) ! Bo care or Compassion.
