   Like other reviews on here, I had to wait in line for quite a while before being served. Once I did get to the counter, there was no "thank for waiting" or "sorry the delay." I then waited about 10 mins for the retrieval of my prescription, to the point where I thought they'd forgotten about it. Whilst I was there, I noticed plenty of other people being told that their prescriptions weren't ready. One couple had been told to "come back in 10 minutes" 45 minutes ago, only to be told it still wasn't ready. All in all, it was a pretty shoddy experience.

   Terrible service. Order a prescription a full week ahead and you still have to queue for 10-15 minutes only to be told its not ready and will take a further 20 minutes.

   This pharmacy is a joke they let you wait in line for 20 mins they say come back after lunch when the queue is so long no time to wait. On returning to pick up prescription unable to collect as pharmacist not available although it was made up and ready. Returned the next day and exactly sthe same thing. Still no prescription good thing not life saving medication

   Made an online booking for 8pm at this LloydsPharmacy. Drove 30 minutes to find it closed. We're amidst a pandemic. It is beyond irresponsible to have such a dysfunctional, flawed booking system.

   Both of my parents have their prescriptions electronically sent here they are so helpful and understanding if there is any problems they will do everything they can to sort things, quickly They are all so nice. A wonderful service. Thank you
