   They never answer the phone, it’s just picked up and then cut yiu off , passive aggressive much like the service in the shop. The pharmacy service is dreadful. They always deny having received a prescription which I then check with my GP only to find out it was sent some days before. I also asked if they could note that they shut for lunch on their web site as I had to make a dash from work to collect a prescription and they were closed . They said they could not change the opening times to show the lunchtime closure. Please use a different local chemist . It’s not worth shopping or collecting prescriptions here .

   Very bad service today, I was waiting at least 7 -10 minutes to get served, I was at the front of the main till- no cue and told by the girl on pharmacy that she would be 2 minutes and left me waiting for 7 minutes then didn’t even apologies when she served me! Other people started to cue and got fed up with waiting and left! You need some more staff…I appreciate it’s not the girls fault but very frustrating for customers!

   Always had issues with the staff at this pharmacy ever since it opened. The staff always rude and never willing to help - real jobsworths. Just went in to get a private prescription (from a well known opticians) and they refused to give it to me. Don't bother going here go round the corner to Shaunaks instead.

   Cannot collect a prescription between 1and 2 because they are at lunch. It's my lunch hour and I drove to corsham and paid for parking.

   Drove a couple of miles into town to pick up some meds to find they were closed for lunch. So why not show this on the website? Out to lunch might be more appropriate. Very poor.

   The worst customer service. Pharmacist was very rude, cashere didnt know what shes doing or where products are. This was a terible experience and a waste of time.
