Fastest pharmacy experience ever I visited this evening and I was in and out with medicine in 10m
Not perfect but 10x better than the branch at the surgery. IV used them twice a month for the past yr. My only constructive feedback would be that there a 2-3 members of staff who could do with some training in how to verbally interact with the customers face to face. No issues at all with phone coms.
Used to be very good. The member of staff who used to be behind the counter, has obviously moved on and the place seems to be falling apart since. Staff now come across ras really lacking knowledge. They are quite dismissive and rude. The pharmacist this morning, whilst I wait for my prescription, has told three different customers with queries, that she ‘doesn’t know the answer’. These things didn’t seem to ve too complicated. She just doesn’t seem interested. I got a prescription from them last month and they ‘accidentally’ quadrupled my dose. I was so unwell for days. They really don’t seem interested or bothered that it happened. Nobody seems to want to actually be working there and they make that very clear
Runs out of Over the Counter pain medication regularly .
One very rude, condescending member of staff, will definitely not be using this pharmacy again!
Hours are wrong on Google. That's such a basic thing to maintain I can't imagine they put any effort into any other part of their business.
I received exceptional customer service yesterday when I ran the pharmacy. My elderly grandma had ran out of her diabetes medication, I rang the pharmacy in a panic as the doctor has assured me it would be sent there. I spoke to a wonderful young lady called Hannah, who in my time of need reassured me that the medication is in stock and will be prepared within the next hour. She also went the extra mile and recommended I order a repeat prescription so that my elderly Grandma wouldn’t run out again. I am eternally grateful for such wonderful customer service, thank you Hannah
Went there for my second covid jab. Had to wait until someone could be bothered. The set up was minimal and all a bit unprofessional. The person not interested and rushed through it all. The jab itself was painful. It wasn’t a good experience at all, not like my first jab in a different place. Do not recommend for covid vaccines!!
