Absolutely shocking when it comes to delivering prescriptions to the people who are disabled and unable to collect. Rude staff, who hang up and treat people like they’re nothing. Always say my prescriptions aren’t there, always loose it. Disgraceful.
Best pharmacy I've ever used always have my medication always done when I go to collect helped me massively today with medication I urgently needed. they always answer the phone when I've rang I really recommend them definitely better service than what I get at boots. staff are always so lovely and willing to help will definitely keep using

Gold standard pharmacist. For starters they always answer the phone, unlike most competitors. Excellent stock, very quick and friendly service. Highly recommended, and worth the short trip if you live in south/east Bristol.

The most wonderful pharmacy. I used them every now and then for years and they were always great. However, when I was caring for my terminally ill mum recently, for several months, they really were amazing. Their Customer service is outstanding, they were always willing to help (even minutes before closing), knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, I could go on. Other pharmacies cannot compete. A few prescriptions were sent accidentally to another pharmacy and they were awful (Lloyds). Keynsham Pharmacy are outstanding.
