Since covid the pharmacy has seriously gone downhill. The waiting times are ridiculous. Stood outside for 30 minutes in the rain. There seem to be 4 or 5 staff members behind the science plus a pharmacist. There is plenty chatting going on but not work related. Their attitude is very off hand and I’ve heard them being quite rude to people not personally to me. As doctors appointments are very hard to get these days we are told to try a pharmacist if we can. Today after waiting outside for 30 minutes in the rain then once inside a further 10 minutes only to be told when I asked to speak to the pharmacists that she would be able to speak to me in about 10 minutes. I walked out and went to boots on the high street and was seen immediately should have went there in the first place and will be in the future . Not good enough Lloyds please sort it out

Just queued for 20 minutes for a regular repeat prescription which was approved via the app 4 days ago. Won't be ready until at least tomorrow lunchtime. Lovely people there but what is going wrong in the Lloyds organisation? This is a regular occurrence here and the queue is often 30 minutes just to find anything out. Then another visit and another queue.

Visited 12/10/2021 - I really didn't want to give a low rating, but sometimes you need to. They are completely overrun and today I waited for approx 45 mins to an hour with a long queue behind me and still wasn't seen - so I gave up. I did make it into the pharmacy, but they hid behind the counter for quite a while and didn't utter a word. Someone who I will admit was rude, popped in and asked about 'speeding it up' to which the head pharmacist replied they were extremely busy and no computer system. Everyone knows how busy these places are, so you always take this into account. However, they could have at least said something about being overrun. I would have left about 30 minutes earlier to come back at a later date. They could have just said something to help themselves. To end on a slight positive, this was the worst experience I've had there. Previously (approx 12 months ago) it wasn't too bad. I think because the Boots pharmacy has closed next to Christchurch surgery, everyone now goes here, so it just means double the workload for them.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star. Diabolical attitude, disgusting customer service and very poorly trained staff. I have never witnessed or been subjected to such disgusting attitude or disrespect from professionals a this before. If you can go to another pharmacy I would. I strongly recommend you give this one a miss. The staff in this branch are extremely rude and clearly do not want to help or support anyone. My mum and brother (a disabled women and a clearly injured and in need man) had to use this pharmacy daily for their medical needs and each time were treated the same. My mum was left feeling they were being targeted and discriminated against and has been deeply affected by their treatment. Head office has been notified and a huge complaint has been logged. We did see several other customers at the time also bring treated similar. New staff are clearly needed.

The staff and the pharmacist (ramzi) is amazing! Can't do enough to help you, sometimes they do get swamped but they still serve with a smile and try there best to get you in and out so you don't have to wait around, I've been going here for years and love the staff and know them all by name they truly are great people who care,
