   After using many different pharmacys over there years this 1 is by far the best. I have seen many comments on here about how rude they are and people having to wait along time. I have never experienced any rudeness from the staff they are all incredibly lovely and caring people and regarding waiting a while people need to have more patience especially during busy times, if they rushed about then they would not be delivering the care their patients need and would be putting people at risk with medication.

   Very poor service I wanted cough mixture for my son the lady then walked off for about 5 minutes then served somebody else then eventually came back give my a brand I've never heard of before it was in a box, but when I got home it was a tiny 100ml bottle which id paid £6 for never going back there again rip off merchants.

   This takeaway opens for long hours, making it a really convenient place to get a meal almost any time. Prices are reasonable and there is a considerable menu choice. Their burgers are great, and some of the pizzas are class.

   This Pharmacy seems to have mixed reviews and most of the good ones seem to be about Ear micro suction. I visited for the first time this morning with a prescription. After about 10 mins i was served by a lady (didn't get her name) who explained she could not supply my repeat prescription due to it needing to be put back on the spine following a disagreement with my local chemist. This was annoying but obviously not her fault. I also needed some skin cream, which for some reason was not on the prescription this time. The lady brought out several bottles for me to identify to make sure i chose the right one but suggested i get it re-added to the prescription. I ended up leaving with nothing but she was very helpful.

   I have been using Billings for years for my repeat prescription and that in itself is telling. I have always found the staff both on the counter and pharmacists both polite and friendly. They are always so busy and even when they look so tired I am still made to feel like a valued customer.

   Went for my covid and flu jab at Billings chemist today. The volunteers at the entrance were really nice and helpful the staff that did my jabs were brilliant, efficent and friendly. Lovely chemist.Did not feel a thing, will always go there if I can, thank you Billings.

   Iv been experiencing constipation so went in to buy Glycerion suppositories The lady behind the desk handed me Anasol suppositories, I told her they are for hemorrhoids, she said 'they are suppositories which is what you asked for' I tried telling her again that they are for hemorrhoids not constipation She got very angry and threw the anasol Onto the counter and retrieved Glycerin suppositories, she was extremely rude That I dared to question her R

   I have only gone there a couple of times and so far very happy. I went there for the walk-in vaccine booster and it was very efficient and everyone was very friendly. I also had to go to get surgical face masks when the omicron craziness exploded so I could travel for xmas. The masks were out of stock almost everywhere, and they could have charged loads for theirs, but they didn't. The masks were very fairly priced and everyone was friendly. Thanks for that! They seem to have quite a nice range of natural products too that I'll have to check out the next time I'm around.
