Unbelievably rude staff. It's a very busy pharmacy and I'm sure they deal with a lot, but the lack of compassion and professionalism I experienced recently was shocking. I've changed my default pharmacy to a different one as a result.
Always pleasant, occasionally out of stock but so is every pharmacy in Bristol. Occasionally rude and impatient customers but that's quite normal for where they are.
Went down to get a prescription and half of it was missing, really dissatisfied as I’m in a lot of pain and I needed the painkillers. Also multiple people pushing in front in the queue and staff didn’t say a word and served them first Terrible service.
Kept me waiting 30 mins after telling me that it will be about 20 mins. After 30 mins told me they only had 1 of the 3 items available. Gave prescriptions to people who were behind me instead of getting mine ready. Absolutely disgusting service.!!!!!
I would avoid this pharmacy in future. Its always qued up, which consequently means little or no customer concern. They are often out of stock and they will tell you to come tomorrow as they have just ordered it. When u go back next day was told I am bit late they are sold out again, confronted the branch manager his reply was, we work on first come first served bases? Despite the fact it was ordered day before for me. Unless u live next door to morrisons it wouldn't suit many people to keep going back. They have your telephone no on record but they won't call and let u know when stock is available either. Their excuse is they are too busy..
Every time I go in to use their Pharmacy most times I have to wait while other people go in front of me. Tlhe last two days has been exceptionally bad so I brought it up with the Asian pharmacist, and was told if I don't like it find a new pharmacist. Not acceptable!
I shopped here on 24th September as I have for the last few years, there are many good things about this store….the fish and butchers departments are great but the frustrating thing about the store are the queues at the checkout but the worst thing is the lack of produce on the shelves- again ! This has been a problem for months now and coupled with the fact that they are not as cheap as they used to be I will now be shopping in Tescos, I may as well as there were so many things I couldn’t get today I have to shop somewhere else anyway ……. a shame as I always liked Morrisons.
Wouldn’t serve my member of family with over the counter medication saying he’s was in there a few days before and he haven’t visited there for approx 2 years !!! Also was chatting to her colleague for long time before serving customer
I would like to say that the staff at This particular pharmacy are polite, friendly, well presented and above all, knowledgeable on products and matters regarding general health. I have queued outside of Morrison's to get advice and medication during the lockdown, rather than use some of the other pharmacies in the area. I say this not to denigrate any of the other's but just to emphasise the faith I have in the these.
