   After having issues with another Chippenham pharmacy. I decided to switch about 2 years ago to this one. At first a very good easy service and very reliable. Sadly, like so many pharmacies they are under staffed and results in poor stock and service. Also visited yesterday to find it was closed for two hours! So had to return. Looking like I need to switch .. again!

   This used to be a really reliable Pharmacy and well stocked for most things. They're always short staffed and closed when you need them now, even on busy days and can be closed for multiple days in a row. Doctors (in my experience) won't redirect a prescription if it's already been sent out, meaning your medical condition is entirely in their hands and when they fancy opening. Honestly, I don't think they should be allowed to operate if they can't provide a service so incredibly vital to some people, they appear to act like closing is no big deal but for some people it really, really is.

   Terrible pharmacy, I have to keep going back 3 or 4 days in a row before they give us all products. They either can’t find it, don’t have all the tablets, have wrong prescription information, didn’t get it delivered, have to come back in half a hour to collect it etc. Why can’t they just automatically deliver all the tablets on time all at once every month? One time they said they would deliver the next day and the only gave 18 tablets, told me to come back and they have gave half of the tablets remaining so I would have to come back yet again, and when I came back they didn’t have the remaining 8 tablets! Disgraceful service, wasting everyone’s time having to keep specially coming back, please please don’t use them, get an online delivery and save the hassle. We have to wait in a long queue and they take ages to look for tablets. They must stop this appalling service and there is no reason for this, it’s unacceptable. Please please save your time and get an online delivery, it is so annoying every single month and worries me if I'll get my tablets in time.

   Absolutely awful, I never usually have to come here but queued for 30 minutes to be told what I was collecting wasn’t ready. The pharmacist was gossiping on the phone saying how everyone was so nasty to them and they didn’t understand - when she was not doing any work so not sure what sympathy she was after! Avoid at all costs unless you are looking for a way to waste your time.

   After putting up with the dysfunction in this pharmacy I have finally had enough. Handed in prescription two weeks ago, have been back 5 times and each time they can't find it. When they do they say it is still not ready. This is not acceptable, a waste of my time and fuel to get there. Such a shame as their on line service is excellent. I am surprised sainsburys have not cancelled the contract on this outlet as it clearly also reflects badly on them. Will now use another pharmacy after taking back my prescription to be serviced elsewhere. I expect to recieve the usual platitudes in responce, but sorry, just empty words.

   Completely shocking. It's been this way for over 2 years now. Lack of staff, slow systems unreliable opening and closing times are just a few to mention. Behind the counter it's an absolute unorganised mess. Medication everywhere in opened boxes. Deliveries left on the counter several boxes high and sometimes unattended on the other side of the counter in Sainsbury's asile. They have a very high turnover in staff most likely due to the abuse they receive from beyond frustrated customers. The poor staff literally can not cope and have no management clearly overseeing this operation properly. You're lucky to arrive and for it to be open they operate on completly random times. Prepare to wait an age for your medication to arrive. Even when you have a notification that's it ready for collection you can still wait 30-40 mins as they clearly are labelled and left in random areas of the pharmacy. Genuinely shocking practise. The most appalling thing for me is the boxes and boxes of apparent labelled medication left sometimes unattended, unlocked where someone could easily go and access with the vast amount of times it's unstaffed. It's worth noting that his has all your address information on. Someone please sort this mess of a pharmacy out for the sake of your customers and staff.

   Appalling service received today, waited patiently for several minutes without being acknowledged by anyone, eventually asked if there was anyone serving, pharmacy shouted over what do you want to which I told him paracetamol, he shouted back you can get that over the counter (I wanted children's paracetamol that wasn’t available from sainsburys) eventually Jade came over and served me but made a point of saying that she was around the front a minute ago so I hadn’t been waiting long! I was perfectly polite to her throughout the transaction so there was no need for her to be rude to me. Ended up speaking to her manager who was lovely, such a shame he is being let down by the rest of his team! Won’t be using again and will make sure everyone knows why.

   Over the past month trying to get my prescriptions has been horrendous. When looked after by the supermarkets own staff it was very good, but now that it is looked after by Lloyds it’s understaffed prescriptions never ready, parts of my prescriptions short. This includes the rest of my family, many people there complaining. This week I have been back a number of times, and still it’s not ready, I waited today for it to be put up and then part of it is short. Last week I sent a email to my Doctors as I’m concerned regarding getting my medication, but it is no better.
