   Very bus past 4pm till close, I was waiting there an hour for a consultation. Served about 6 people, who came in after me. Not sure their process, seem like hard workers, could have a more efficient system like online so people can have their meds ready straight away, appt straight away etc. ive been twice before usually take 20 minutes to get my meds even if im the only one there. Never answer the phone, which is no help. Seem like nice people too :) just a shame it's such a wait!

   The most strangest experience ever. I didn’t realise this pharmacy was closed on Sunday as my usual pharmacy is open on a Sunday but for fewer hours. Some man picked up the phone and went “Hello,” I responded and asked if they offered free covid lateral testing kits. He then said “Why are you ringing me it’s a Sunday.” I said my usual pharmacy is open on a sunday, apologised and said i didn’t realise this one was close. He replied with “No pharmacy is open on a Sunday.” Well, there were more than 10 open pharmacies this was just the closest one. He then proceeded to ask me if I had my breakfast yet. It was nearly 10am. So yes I had. Maybe just set up a voicemail? He did manage to answer my question so thanks for that.

   Appears to be a well stocked pharmacy. Quite busy when I attended on a week day lunch time but they got my items within a few mins of ordering. Friendly and helpful.

   Couldn't praise the staff enough... Know you by name and always so helpful and friendly. My only worry is that by singing your praises. Your queues will get longer!!! But you are worth the wait....

   Delivery driver keeps banging on my door and ringing my doorbell to deliver medication for person in flat upstairs. Apart from fact I am disabled and don't like answering the door and it makes the dogs bark, surely education should be delivered to person they are intended for and shouldn't be passed onto anyone else as though it's an amazon delivery? The person the medication is intended for is always in but slow to respond. The driver incessantly rings my doorbell and obviously doesn't give the recipient time to answer.

   Amazing pharmarcy all the staff are lovely and friendly. Always helpful and go above and beyond to make sure I get my prescriptions. Wouldn't go to any other pharmarcy. Thank you.

   I tried about 10 different pharmacies and this was the only one that had the right baby inhaler. The lady I spoke with on the phone was exceptionally polite and helpful. They even got it ready really quickly so I could get it before they closed for the day. Super service
