What an amazing turnaround! The chemist had got pretty bad but over the last year it has become incredibly efficient. The staff is super helpful and very on top of it.
For some years I have used this pharmacy, and after being frustrated with the place in the past, there has been a noticeable and sustained improvement in the past months. There are more permanent staff, there is an obvious focus on customer service and their process for ensuring prescriptions are available and quickly found is noticeably better. No longer are there great big queues, and everyone (staff and customers) appear a lot happier with the situation - I know I am!
How fast? Left the surgery and had prescription dispensed and in my hand within five minutes! Loving the new service. Go team!
Absolutely fantastic local Pharmacy - two members of staff were incredibly kind, generous and helpful when serving my wife, I and our newborn son. Having read the negative reviews, I am shocked, as I have only had brilliant experiences here. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Great service, helpful staff. Knowledgeable staff. Staff do their very best all the time. As it's a small pharmacy waiting area. It can be difficult if waiting a period of time for prescription. Outside in the rain is not so pleasant. Parking, paid and plenty. Easy access for all, good location as next to Doctors. Very busy so You do have to wait at busiest times. You can ring to check prescriptions are ready
Never open , rubbish, I work 9am to 5.30 pm opening times don’t fit in on people that work 9 to 5.30 , it’s not open on a Saturday, the one in silver street opens on a Saturday, i she’ll change to silver street next time ,
What a SHAMBLES! Booked an appointment for a Flu Jab after several attempts. Turned up on time to be told the Pharmacist was self isolating and so could not have the Flu Jab. Despite supplying a contact tel Number not told ahead of time. Apparently my telephone number had been incorrectly recorded. No apology from the rather unpleasant assistant, thank goodness I don't get my medication from here with dyslexia staff!! One wonders how a Pharmacy can still issue medication without a pharmacist? This did not deserve 1 star but that was the lowest ranking available
Not a very honourable pharmacy. I went to fill a prescription and was given a generic brand I did not recognize for more money than my regular one. They claimed all generic brands are the same. Well they are not, I discovered . I was misled for a sale. Would never trust them or go back.
Would be good if details of opening times were correct on internet. Checked Saturday morning before setting off to find pharmacy closed Saturday on the door!!! What a shame not open Saturdays for those of us who work full time.
Always extremely friendly and helpful, despite being very busy. The pharmacist always takes the time to discuss if required and has been really helpful in finding the most suitable products in the store. Thank you
