Customer service is beyond the quality I've ever known in a pharmacy. I was struggling to find a medicine on prescription, I was calling around and Don/Dom helped me over the phone, prepared it by finding the prescription online, it was ready when I turned up. The lady on the till was also so helpful and friendly, a really great pharmacy!
In the past I have had no problems with them. I understand that they are under pressure but, today I was on the phone twice waiting for an hour both times, only to be told next in line then to be cut off. Usually I would give 5 stars but on this occasion I am not happy.
A great pharmacy with an amazing team. Very busy at times but they do everything they can to make sure prescriptions are fulfilled. I didn’t think a lot of people understand or appreciate that the staff are working hard to do the almost impossible task of getting everyone their meds, especially with contributing factors like supply issues, overstretched services and frankly some really rude and impatient customers
I can only recommend this pharmacy. I've seen the staff struggle under the weight of a huge workload with long queues. I like many am often really busy and could do without the long wait times. So one of the staff, Chloe, set me up with the 24 hour prescription collection point. Now I get an NHS message to say when my prescription is ready and I can just turn up any time, key in a code and be done in under a minute. Amazing service.
I have had multiple issues trying to pick up my prescription from here. I rang one day and asked if my prescription would be ready to collect. I was assured it would be ready. When I went in, I was told it wasn't ready. This happened more than once. In the end I gave up with this pharmacy and have switched and have recieved a much better service with no problems.
One of the worst pharmacy's I've ever dealt with. Whenever I pick my prescription up I'm asked if I want a repeat to which I reply yes ( heart medication ) so obviously. I'm given a date of when it will be ready, and when I call before or on that date to check it's ready I always get the same response, which is NO we don't know anything about it. I'm then told by the girl on the phone, not only is it not their fault that this happens every time, but it's actually the patients faul t and the patient should phone up days before to check they have done their job properly.
Things tend to go wrong when I pick up my prescription,but they do their best. One member of staff ,who I did ask name but have forgotten is excellent.
I moved to Frome a year ago and love everything about it except this pharmacy. 4/5 visits result in a problem, 2 lost prescriptions, regularly can't find my pills, takes days to make up a prescription, long waits. Some of the staff are lovely and helpful but some make you feel like you're a nuisance (male pharmacist). I moved from a busy city centre practice and it was never this chaotic.
Absolutely rubbish, I changed my chemist from these muppets several years ago and have now had to do the same for my 84 year old mum. They never have the repeat, queue s go on forever, the whole place just looks chaotic which doesn’t convey confidence and that’s what you get. They never answer the phone either. I’ve given them 1 star as a half star or less is not available.
I went to St Aldhelms this morning for my fourth Covid inoculation. The service that I received was better than First Class. From the lady that took my details to the gentleman that administered the jab, the process was painless (literally!) and flawless.
