   I took off one star because they didn’t provide seating in the outdoor queue for disabled people who clearly had difficulty standing for a long time. The queue moved rapidly but was long. Those delivering the vaccines were very efficient and experienced.

   Staff need training in confidentiality. Announce what medication you are collecting and see nothing wrong with wanting to discuss it at the desk while there is a queue behind you.

   I've never seen a pharmacy like it. If they haven't got what you need in they'll not bother to tell you that, and you'll have to discover it when you come in to collect it later in the day - at which point they'll then say "come back in 2 hours, it might be in, or you can try your luck elsewhere". Why not just say that to begin with when you first arrive? Hopeless, and very unhelpful.

   A-ma-zing! Always so helpful, great humoured, lovely people! Dara took me by surprise once by calling up to speak to my Dad and check if he was getting on alright with a particular medication, then offering to liaise with the medical centre team with Dad’s comments. Great guy and very prompt. Never had that where we used to attend! Thank you Dara, and thank you Shaunaks staff.

   If you want to pick up your prescription on time or at all then go elsewhere. I went in to pick up prescription, they said they didn’t have one of the items in and said to come back the next day. Went in the next day to be told the prescription had not been delivered, wouldn’t give me a reason and acted as though it was my problem.

   Went in earlier, noticed the pharmacist snapping at the girls there to not even chat with each other... seems a very healthy environment to work in. I would suggest he needs some lessons in man management, no wonder its always new faces and the turnover seems high.
