Went to see pharmacist for advice. Extremely polite and helpful. The pharmacist can prescribe antibiotics if you qualify which saves a trip to the doctors. Boots staff always polite and helpful.
Many thanks to Justine in the Westbury branch, amazing customer service through which I was able to keep a finger, shortened story to follow, after a puncture wound to my hand i was advised to seek further medical assistance via A&E as her triage indicated possible infection, suffice to say after a brief 3 days in hospital recovering from a flexitendon sheath flush out surgery, she was correct and I still have all the digits I was born with. Thankyou very much again

Other local pharmacies couldn't be bothered to help and the other pharmacy in town simply just laughed at my request, but Ellen the pharmacist and her colleague went out of their way to help me obtain an unusual chemotherapy medication, initially discussed over the phone and then ordered at 5pm and available to collect the next day. Friendly, professional, polite and efficient service. Just a shame not open weekends.
Never seems to be open. Closes at weekends. Seems to only open after 10am, and seems to close by 5pm weekdays regardless of what google may tell you. Sometimes they have a note in the window saying it's closed due to staff shortages. If you need to pick up a prescription and you have a job, forget it.
Always closed at lunchtimes . Why ? Should be no problem keeping one staff member behind the till surely !!! What is closed on Saturdays all about ? Sounds to me like they want to lose customers to other chemist's!!! Being shut on a Saturday when placed in the high street is a bad move.
They don't answer the phone, they're closed at times not indicated online, they failed to deliver a presecription to my elderly (housebound) neighbour.....altogether abysmal service. I notice that my review is not unique - and the staff clearly take no notice of poor reviews. Perhaps it's time to contact Head Office.
My doctor sent a prescription to be filled urgently. On arrival, the store is closed Sat 15 Oct. All Day. This is not shown online. This is not the 1st time they've been closed on a Saturday. Won't bother with that store in future.
