All staff are friendly and kind always happy and willing to help apart from the bloke that works there on a Wednesday he's is disgusting and disrespectful to his customers and the other staff I refuse to go there on a Wednesday when he is working
The staff are great and very caring. The premises lets them down and is poorly designed. I’m sure if it was fit for purpose, then any waiting times would be reduced. A big thank you to the staff. Geoff H
I dealt with Louie today who was an absolute delight- firstly through a phone enquiry and then in person to collect my prescription. I have been using this pharmacy for 28 years. I find the team helpful and knowledgeable. Moreover, receiving a text when medication is ready has been a complete game changer for me.one very happy customer here!
Only giving one star so I could write this. My friend had to call up to try and get her dying mother’s medication, for the call handler to say in the background that she’s ’too young’ and when my friend said it was for her really ill mother she heard them mutter ‘when’s the funeral’. I’ve rang up to voice how disgusting that is & wanted to leave this so other people could be aware of the nasty people they have working there. Not impressed jhoots, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Used to be good... I used to get my prescriptions within the week and if I didn't, I could call for an estimate and peace of mind. Now if I want any kind of answer for why my medication takes nearly two weeks and whether it has even gone through, I have to make an hour long trip to walk in, take a gamble and ask in person as they don't pick up the phone.
RUDE, and full of lies,,, clearly making too much money on people being dependent on their medications….they lie about when they get the prescription from the doctors surgery and have no consideration that patient have ran out of medication that they are too lazy to supply…..attitude over the phone from them is absolutely vile…. There are much better pharmacies than this one…. Please give it a wide berth,.,
The staff try hard and are always friendly to us despite being very busy, but the system of the business is very poor and outdated. Easily they could send an automated email or better a text message to confirm a prescription has been requested, a repeat prescription confirmed by GP, and when any prescription is ready for collection. This small thing would be a massive reassurance to customers, but also make life for staff easier as people wouldn't repeatedly turn up to find out if medicine arrived or not.
I had a very important prescription that I was unable to pick up in full due to stock, but they offered me what they had and said if I came back in 4 days, they would have the rest. I was given 4 days worth of medication, my prescription was for 28 days. I went back 4 days later as requested only to be told they have nothing, meaning I now spend my Christmas rationing medication because somebody couldn’t just 1. Hold my pre paid meds aside from being taken or 2. Tell me an accurate timeframe for my medication. This pharmacy has constant stock issues, which isn’t the staffs fault, but I can’t genuinely reccomend them to anybody with health critical medication needs, they are NOT reliable.
Incredibly helpful local pharmacy, my meds are quite complicated and not your usual run of the mill items by any means, they never fail to secure a supply for me. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. I can’t thank them enough for looking after me as well as they do, especially during The height of COVID when things were not easy for pharmacies in general, highly recommended and valued local service.
The rudest most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever come across. After messing my repeat prescription up countless times, witch if you read more of theses comments seams to be a running theam with this business. Not only can they not provide the service that is offered to you by them in automatically repeating your prescription. I have also in the past been given incorrect dosage as they've had to rush the prosciption through and now I'm having to skip days in my medication due to them not getting the repeat prescription in for the doctor to sign off in time. This place should not have the responsibility of handing out people's personal medication. When trying to speak to then about these countless issues I was just confronted with rudeness and told to "just change pharmacy " absolutely disgusting non professional behaviour
