best pharmacy I have used, such professional and friendly staff. As long as you wait for them to SMS you to collect your prescription it is always ready.
I visited the GP today and was sent to see Jonathan, the pharmacist, who was incredibly kind and polite. Even though he was busy, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. While waiting in front of the pharmacy, I saw how extremely busy the whole team was, yet they still managed to keep a smile on their faces. They were kind and polite to everyone—it was amazing to see how hard they were working. Thank you, Jonathan, Donna, Viv, and Vanni, for your hard work. x
I get sent by my Dr at a different practice to see the pharmacist as he's an ear specialist. He is always so helpful and kind, obviously very busy but takes time to make sure you are properly looked after.
Always busy but staff remain professional with great customer service. The pharmacist is so helpful and knowledgeable you know your in safe hands. A rare find
They're doing their very best IMO despite how the NHS has been deliberately underfunded and divested from by various UK governments for what is approaching 20 years! The pharmacy is at capacity, probably over and the staff are doing their best but it can feel a bit slow/hectic but good luck finding a pharmacy that isn't in 2025! If you think this is bad, just wait for when we all have to pay up for private!
A huge thankyou to Johnathan at the Pharmacy for seeing me today when he was rushed off his feet, and making sure I got some tablets to help with an issue whilst I am away on holiday. The team at the pharmacy are always so lovely, even when they are so busy. Thankyou all, we are lucky to have you.
Gave me out of date BIRTH CONTROL. They were out of date when they gave them to me and I didn’t notice for months because I didn’t even consider having to check.
I love it I pick up my regular medication here as it is close by to me as I live in Fishponds Bristol and sometimes I have it delivered by Stapleton Phymacy as they work along side the old school phymacy in Fishponds Bristol.
Even though they face continuous pressure, they all still manage to give great customer service and do their best.
Always very busy but still very polite and helpful.
