Dumps near expiry medicines on patients. Does not accept returns at any cost. Check the medicines carefully (open the brown package right there) check the expiry of your meds and then only pay for your meds.
Always excellent service. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable, and the staff are consistently friendly, helpful and efficient. The only downside is the limited space they have to work in, which is far too small for the level of service they provide and the number of people they support. It used to be a standalone pharmacy with its own entrance, but now it’s tucked away inside the store. The staff do an amazing job despite the cramped conditions, but I wish Morrison’s would invest in giving them a larger, dedicated space again - they work hard, provide an essential service, and deserve an environment that reflects that.
In-laws down for a visit, forgot some meds.. all sorted within 48 hours.. friendly helpful staff.
Used to be a great pharmacy! But over the last couple of years they have gone downhill loads. Medication is never ready on time and can be a week before it's ready! It used to be ready between 1&2 days. Always a big queue! Staff have been rude on occasion and have been seen chatting to friends while the queue gets longer rather than serving people.
Fast efficient customer service. Needed Meds quickly following doctor appt yesterday. More in hope, than expectation popped into the pharmacy this morning and they fast tracked the presciption for me. Very much appreciated and so glad this is my pharmacy of choice.

Great practice. I've been served by chemist / pharmacyst Chris who was very professional and helpful. I called in for advice first and stopped by for the medicine later. Good experience.
I used to use the chemist a lot, when we shopped there for food, but changed to online with another superstore. However, they were always helpful and reliable. I rang the other day to enquire about flu jabs and firstly they answered the phone!! Which is not the case for most in Chippenham, and the lady was very kind and helpful...Thank you
Just as pressured as other pharmacies in Chippenham but still manage to remain calm, kind, friendly and non-judgemental which, unfortunately, I can’t say for Lloyds Hathaway.
