   Absolutely useless!! Never got a full time PHARMACIST and the staff aren't at all helpful, someone needs to buy them out and run it properly. Used to be a good chemist but past few months it's gone down the pan!! Been in here hearing other people who are totally sick and fed up of them. Avoid if possible! Never got any meds anyway, and the young girl doesn't even look to see if they've got the items in stock, always told to come back tomorrow?! Disgusting. I'm changing my chemist after year's to well + can't be dealing with them. And they never answer the phone either!! Terrible.

   Had a pre-booked Covid & flu vaccination as a frontline social care worker, but on turning up I was told they were out of stock on both & no contact in advance to inform me. So wasted time out of my working day to visit for no reason. Won't be rebooking for this pharmacy.

   Fantastic local pharmacy. I went to ask if they could sort my prescription out as Pharmacy2U hadn’t got back to me for 9 days. The staff were super friendly and more than happy to help me with my large prescription. Very lovely!

   On behalf of an elderly and vulnerable woman I care for it is absolutely ridiculous that I have been trying for 4 days to get through as she has ran out of medication. This needs to be sorted or another number provided so we can contact the pharmacy.

   I don’t use this chemist often my neighbour do. The other day I rang them on behalf of my neighbour it took them 1 hour to answer the phone Yesterday it was half an hour but then what I was calling about came so no need to wait Today half an hour couldn’t wait any longer I have things to do This is disgusting it’s not that there busy they stand around chatting and I’ve seen it with my own eyes when I have gone in. I hope they read this review and act on it but chances are they won’t The reviews I’ve read are not what they appear to be in the shop they are amazing just need to learn to pick up the phone
