   Absolutely terrible please avoid unless you have a few hours to wait for a prescription to be prepared! Very unpleasant till staff and the pharmacist giving flu jabs and totally neglecting the prescriptions, thanks Martin

   Tesco pharmacy is definitely one of my go-to spots for all my pharmaceutical needs, and for good reason. The staff there is consistently friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. Their welcoming demeanor truly sets them apart from other pharmacies I've visited. One of the things I appreciate most about Tesco pharmacy is their efficiency. No matter how busy they may be, I've never had to wait long to be served. They are always quick to fill prescriptions and provide any additional information I may need. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on them for prompt service, especially when I'm in a hurry. Another aspect of Tesco pharmacy that I value is their consistent stock availability. I've rarely encountered a situation where they didn't have the medication or product I needed. This reliability makes it easy for me to plan ahead and ensures that I never have to go without essential items. However, I must mention one minor downside: their phone service. While the staff is fantastic in person, I've had difficulty getting through to them over the phone. It seems that they are often busy with other customers or tasks, which can make it challenging to reach them for inquiries or to check on prescription status. Overall, Tesco pharmacy is definitely one of my top choices when it comes to pharmacies. Their friendly staff, speedy service, and reliable stock make them a reliable and convenient option for all my pharmaceutical needs.

   Very obstructive and unhelpful staff-although I understand the woman I spoke to was only following the rules; a bit of understanding would have been nice. I needed a prescription that my regular pharmacy didn't have and Tesco refused to fulfil it for me because they said it wasn't valid - no understandable reason was given. In the end, I had to go all the way back to my pharmacy who phoned Tesco up and suddenly, there was no problem. A thoroughly upsetting experience.

   The pharmacy phone doesn’t work and when we called the Tesco number for help transferring they really acted like we were just bothering by asking and said they can’t transfer the call and the pharmacy has bad phone reception somehow on a land line? And have had to go a week without a major daily medication after going to the pharmacy physically several times and contacting my doctor and the doctor contacting them they still don’t have the script because “they haven’t gotten their mail”?? Honestly what rubbish shack is this place. These people don’t understand the pain of going without a major medication for a week. Not one person helpful or cares to try.
