They literally haven't had any stock left of my repeat prescription requests for what must be 20 visits in a row. Learn from mistakes maybe?
Horrid service. Refused to serve us for my young child’s prescription because they wanted to close early. We got there at 5.57pm with my 4 year old visibly unwell and they said “sorry we’re closing in 1 minute we can’t serve you”, it’s 1 antibiotic, and they had already finished with another customer so there wasn’t a long wait and the staff would have still closed in time but their careless decision have us driving round to find a pharmacy. Appalling.
The team here always look after me and have managed to get my medication reliably through a nationwide shortage. Very grateful!
The gentleman pharmacist is always helpful, helps me carry my daughters heavy prescribed cartons of milk to the car and went above and beyond to ensure I had enough milk to get me through the bank holiday weekend. He made a special effort to get a supply in time for me. Thank you so much
Whilst waiting for prescription a young lady came in at 17.28. The pharmacist called out to her by name and told her the cut off point was 17.30. The young lady apologised for being late and took a seat. The pharmacist then came out told her she was late again to which the young lady apologised again and was handed the prescription. I intervened at this point and merely pointed out that she wasn’t late and there was no need to humiliate her again. To which she replied it was none of my business. It was very uncomfortable situation to watch
Very grateful for this pharmacist, it seems like Bristol have run out of a certain antibiotic, but thankfully they had it, my daughter is on the mend. Thank you
All staffs are very nice and one of the staff can translate in Cantonese. everywhere is out of stock for the antibiotic, and the staffs offer an alternative solution for my kid. Thank you so much for the help.
Have been coming here for years now and have never had any issues. All staff have always been polite and friendly, always happy to help. Special shout out to Lynn who has always treated me wonderfully when ever I visit.
So helpful when I was stuck away from home without my medication. Talked me through what I needed to do and dispensed really quickly. Lovely staff - you can tell it's an independent business because they all care!
I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years. I have never had any issues whatsoever! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. On more than 1 occasion gone above and beyond by collecting my script (I'm meant to collect it) and having it ready and waiting for me as I've got a taxi there! I have never been judged in there either. Always felt comfortable. I've been to a lot of pharmacys in Bristol and can honestly say that it's one of the best!! Highly recommend them to anyone! Its 5☆ from me
